How to cook: Preheat your briquets. Once evenly hot, place your pork belly on the grill. Turning it once or twice only. Once one side is cook suited for you, ADD your BBQ sauce on both sides.

How to prepare your BBQ sauce: (for 1 kilo Pork Belly)

1. Add 1/2 cup Banana or Tomato Catsup
2. Add 1/4 cup oil [Extra Virgin Olive oil (For Italian twist), Corn, oil, or Vegetable oil] of your choice
3. Mix together
4. Apply with a BBQ brush once Pork Belly is almost cooked
5. Let it blend for 2 minutes on both sides
6. Preparation time is 8-10 minutes provided your grill is preheated
