Replacement Policy
Our policy is 100% Replacement Guarantee. Within TWO (2) hours after delivery and receipt of items ordered! After TWO (2) hours has gone by, since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t no longer offer you a refund or exchange. This is because we already are guaranteeing that our products are in the freshest conditions every time you receive your orders. In the event, there is a necessity to replace the item\s, pictures of the item\s must be sent thru Viber [+63.977.666.9411] or emailed to farm2metro@pindotlang.com and will be replaced in the next order placed for delivery. Should delivery be cancelled because of dissatisfaction for whatever reason, a replacement will be made and delivered within 72 hours of request for replacement, subject to product availability.
